Elko Performing Arts Building Policies

Please plan to arrive at least 40 minutes before your scheduled event to park, check in, and find a seat. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, late arrivals will be seated at an appropriate pause in the program, at the discretion of event staff.

Some events may not offer late seating (e.g., student performances or one-act shows).

If you exit the auditorium during a performance, re-entry may be delayed until a break in the program.

To respect the performers and audience, guests must remain seated and quiet throughout the performance. If disruptions occur, staff may ask you to step out or reserve the right to revoke admission without refund.

No food or drink is allowed inside the auditorium, except bottled water. Concessions, when available, may be consumed in the lobby only.

• Please silence all phones and devices before entering.
• Refrain from talking, texting, or unwrapping items during the show.
• Avoid unnecessary movement or distractions during quiet scenes or musical moments.

Elko PAB strives to provide a safe and welcoming experience for all:

• Be respectful to all patrons, performers, and staff.
• Do not interfere with performers or the production.
• Do not sit in unassigned seats or block aisles.
• Comply with staff requests at all times.
• Disruptive guests may be removed without refund.

Photography, video, and audio recording are not permitted during performances unless previously authorized in writing.

Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave. By attending events, you agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional or archival use.
